Introduction
SFA Group, a French manufacturer of water pumps for kitchens, toilets, and bathrooms with subsidiaries in 27 countries, sought to expand its digital presence in Korea.
Challenges & Objectives
SFA Group faced the challenge of adapting its existing content to suit the cultural and linguistic nuances of the Korean market while ensuring consistency in terminology and style across the KR website and catalogue.
The main objective was to create a fully functional and culturally relevant KR website and develop a KR version of their product catalogue that would resonate with the Korean market.
Activities
To achieve the project objectives, expand k executed a series of strategic actions. We crafted a detailed KR style guide to ensure consistent tone and branding across the website, and developed a precise terminology list to ensure industry-specific language resonated with the Korean market.
For the KR catalogue, we expertly localised existing content to align with Korean cultural and linguistic preferences, created engaging new content tailored to the interests of target consumers, and designed a visually striking, user-friendly catalogue that perfectly reflects SFA Group’s brand identity.
Results
The project culminated in the successful launch of SFA Group’s Korean website and localised product catalogue.
This has not only expanded their digital footprint but also enhanced their engagement with the Korean market. The consistency in branding and terminology, coupled with culturally relevant content, has significantly improved their market positioning and customer connection in Korea.
